Products cannot be returned without prior authorization from Biopurify Phytochemicals Company. Please contact your sales for return shipping instructions.
Return Rules:

1. The product(s) must be kept in its original packaging.
2. The product(s) must be stored appropriately, as indicated on the certificate of analysis.
3. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (unless deemed a Biopurify error after investigation).
4. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the cause for the return was found to be an error on Biopurify’s part.
5. Please contact your sales for refund while returned compounds are received. We will make a credit memo for the balance added to customer’s account or return to your bank account directely.
